Roles and Responsibilities

-Source and evaluate suppliers to procure goods and services at optimal pricing.
-Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.
-Maintain and monitor supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
-Track and manage procurement activities to ensure compliance with policies.
-Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs.
-Prepare purchase orders, reports, and cost analyses.
-Stay updated on market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
-Proficiency in procurement software like SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
-Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
-Familiarity with contract management and vendor evaluation.
-2–5 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
