-Support the operations team with daily administrative tasks.
-Maintain records and prepare reports on operational activities.
-Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other departments as needed.
-Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
-Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel arrangements.
-Assist with data entry and documentation for operational processes.
-Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
-Familiarity with operational procedures and practices.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
-1–3 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
-High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
