-Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
-Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts regularly.
-Prepare invoices and track accounts receivable/payable.
-Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
-Monitor cash flow and alert management to any discrepancies.
-Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.
-Assist accountants with audits and financial reporting.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Proficiency in bookkeeping software like QuickBooks or Xero.
-Strong numerical and organizational skills.
-Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
-2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping or related roles.
-High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
